Return Policy and Procedure
We are not happy unless you are... If you are not completely satisfied with your Oxy-View purchase, you may return your purchase(s) within 30 days for credit or exchange GUARANTEED *, excluding shipping and handling. You must return all product and packaging inserts, to receive a full refund on your purchase. Please do not ship products to us after the 30-day period has expired.
To return your purchase please call Oxy-View customer service Toll Free 877-699-8439 or e-mail email@example.com to receive approval for your return and a Return Authorization Number (RMA). The RMA number must be clearly marked on the shipping label. Credit or exchange will not be granted for merchandise returned without permission from Oxy-View, Inc. in the form of an assigned Return Authorization Number (RMA).
Credit will not be issued for merchandise returned without permission from Oxy-View, Inc. in the form of an assigned Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number. Unauthorized returns or returns shipped collect or C.O.D. will not be accepted. Defective merchandise, items shipped in error, and/or items damaged in transit must be reported within 15 days from the date of shipment. Product must be returned in the same condition as received within 30 days of original shipment by Oxy-View. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid and with the RMA number clearly marked on the shipping label.Oxy-view cannot refund the cost of prescription clear or sunglass lenses. Refund will be for only the items purchased from Oxy-View.
