In our continuing effort to provide services that benefit the oxygen dependent community, we offer Oxy-View brochures free of charge to those desiring to share this innovative concept with friends, family and other oxygen dependent patients. Simply click the e-mail link below, type "Brochure Order" in the subject line of the e-mail template that appears and, in the text box, indicate how many brochures you would like and the name and address to which we should ship them. Then click send. In most cases we will ship your brochures within 48 hours of receiving your request.
Please limit initial requests to 50 or fewer brochures. If you feel you can use more than 50 brochures please call us toll-free at 877-699-8439 to discuss your particular needs.
We are happy to provide brochures to individuals as well as doctor's offices, pulmonary rehabilitation and respiratory therapy departments, etc.
